Shipping and delivery is made only within USA and Canada, by US Post Service First class mail. Delivery time is 3-5 business days from your order. 

Shipping and handling costs are $6.50 for order under $15, $8.50 for order more than $15 and less than $150. For orders over $150 is no shipping and handling fee.  Il state sales tax is withdrawed.

All shipping dates are estimated, are not guaranteed, and do not form a term of this contract. Although the Seller will attempt to comply with the scheduled dates, the Seller shall not assume liability for delay in shipping, or for any loss resulting from such action. Late delivery does not entitle Buyer to cancel order. 

Goods are shipped via mail or by courier service. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within three business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event a package arrives damaged, please notify the the carrier to inspect the package. Please retain all packaging until the carrier has made their inspection.

Unless otherwise stated, the goods have a warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. During this period the Seller will at the Seller’s option either refund the price of such Goods or replace or repair such Goods provided that: 

The Buyer shall have notified the Seller in writing of fault or defect in the Goods, and shall have returned the faulty or defective Goods to the Seller in accordance with the returns procedure in these Terms & Conditions. The product has not been misused or handled carelessly.

 Return Policy: Items purchased from Seller and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (with the original receipt) are eligible for refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition. Costs of shipping are to be paid by Buyer. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

The "Seller" means Marta Gerlich-Home Decor, registered in Illinois, USA, EIN 20-2201699 .The "Buyer" means any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy goods from the Seller. The purchase of goods and/or services through this web site is governed by this agreement. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by this agreement.

A. The information contained within this web site and online store are, to the best of the Seller's knowledge, correct at the time of publishing. However, Seller reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site.

B. All goods must be paid for with the order, unless prior arrangements been made. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery if payment is not made. All goods remain the property of Seller until payment is made in full.

C. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. In case products are unavailable, or where there have been errors in pricing, the Seller may decline an order. In such case the Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and ask for your instructions.

D. The Seller will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods under this contract due to any cause beyond his reasonable control including but not limited to any act of God, strike, lockout, trade dispute, accident or any act or omission of any government or regulatory authority.

E. Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order the Buyer demonstrates that he/she is over such an age. If the Buyer places an order and is under that age he/she is in breach of this agreement. The holder of the credit or debit card used for the transaction will be fully liable for all sums charged.

F. This agreement, all disclaimers, and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with pertinent US law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts.

G. Every effort will be made by the Seller to ensure accuracy of any description or data made available in relation to the goods and/or services. The Seller accepts no liability for any damage or injury arising from any errors or omissions in such data to the Buyer or any third party. No contract can be invalidated due to printing or clerical errors. Any descriptions of goods are for guidance only and shall not constitute the contract ‘sale by description’.
